Section 4: Authorisation to practise for nationals of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area holding evidence of formal qualifications as a doctor issued by one of these States

The Director General of the Centre national de gestion, acting on behalf of the Minister for Health, shall rule on the application for authorisation to practise referred to in article L. 4131-1-1 in accordance with the same procedures as those set out in articles R. 4111-14 to R. 4111-20.
