Section 4: Initial training of medical auxiliaries, nursing auxiliaries, nursery auxiliaries, ambulance drivers and dental assistants recruited to meet the needs of the armed forces

The institutes or schools which train the students or pupils mentioned in article L. 4383-2-1 sign an agreement with the Minister for Defence which conforms to a standard model defined by order of this Minister and the Minister for Health.

Military personnel and civil servants, contract employees and State workers working for the Ministry of Defence may be welcomed to take part in training activities in the schools or institutes training the students or pupils mentioned in article L. 4383-2-1, under the conditions provided for by their status. Expenses relating to these personnel are reimbursed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in article L. 6147-9.
