When a minor has been dispensed the medicinal products indicated in the emergency contraception, the pharmacist sends the health insurance fund to which he belongs an invoice drawn up on a care sheet which does not include the identification of the insured person and the beneficiary and uses a paper medium. Article D5134-4 of the French Public Health Code

Before 1 December each year at the latest, the Caisse nationale de l’assurance maladie will notify the Minister responsible for social security of the number of boxes of the medicinal products mentioned in article D. 5134-1 dispensed to minors and invoiced to the health insurance funds between 1 September of the previous year and 31 August of the current year.
