When the public health establishment does not have a psychiatric department and the prison is not served by a regional medical-psychological service mentioned in article R. 3221-6, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency also designates, under the same conditions as those mentioned in article R. 6111-27, the nearby public health establishment or private health establishment responsible for providing psychiatric care to prisoners.
