The Works’ Medical Committee and the Works’ Social Committee may decide to deliberate jointly on matters falling within their joint consultative remit. At the end of these discussions, they issue separate opinions.

When the Medical Commission or the Social Committee are aware of facts likely to have a worrying and prolonged effect on the situation in the establishment, they may, by a two-thirds majority of the members of each of these bodies, ask the Director to provide them with explanations.
