Section 5: Provisions applicable to certain establishments not participating in the public hospital service

Private health establishments that have opted for the system of financing by global endowment may request to cease to be subject to this system. They are then subject to the same provisions as the establishments mentioned in d or e of article L. 162-22-6 of the Social Security Code from 1st January of the following year. The request is submitted to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.
