Section 6: Participation of private healthcare professionals in the missions and care activities of certain private healthcare establishments

The contract provided for in article L. 6161-9, concluded between private healthcare professionals and the private healthcare establishments mentioned in b and c of article L. 162-22-6 of the Social Security Code, takes into account the strategic guidelines provided for in the multi-year contract of objectives and resources concluded between the establishment and the Regional Health Agency in application of article L. 6114-1.

Medical professionals practising on a self-employed basis in one of the aforementioned health establishments are compensated, where applicable, for their participation in the establishment’s permanent care service provided for in article L. 6111-1-3 on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays as well as at night.
