Section 1: Provisions common to land and air transport.

The act of falsely suggesting, by name, emblem or any other means, that one holds the approval provided for in article L. 6312-2 is punishable by the fine laid down for fifth-class offences. In the event of a second or subsequent offence, the fine laid down for a second or subsequent offence for a fifth-class offence shall apply.

Any person holding the authorisation provided for in article R. 6312-11 who fails to submit the vehicles and aircraft used for medical transport to inspection by the Health and Social Affairs Department will be liable to the fine laid down for third class offences.
