Section 2: Provisions specific to land transport.

Any person holding the authorisation provided for inArticle R. 6312-11 is liable to a fine of the third class: 1° Failing to keep an up-to-date list of its staff, specifying their qualifications, and failing to send it annually to the regional health agency ; 2° Failing to inform, during on-call duty, the medical call reception and regulation centre in accordance with 4° ofarticle R. 6312-23.

Any person holding the authorisation provided for in Article R. 6312-11 is liable to a fine for a fifth-class offence: 1° Fail to comply with their custody obligations ; 2° Carrying out or having carried out a medical transport operation without complying with the obligations laid down in the second paragraph of article R. 6312-16 relating to the conditions under which the patient is transported.

The act of falsely implying, by name, emblem or any other means, that it is involved in the operation of emergency medical assistance services and mobile emergency rescue and care services is punishable by a fifth-class fine.
