Section 2: Voluntary termination of pregnancy by medication.

Centres that have signed the agreement referred to in the second paragraph of article L. 2212-2 may carry out voluntary interruptions of pregnancy using medication.

When carrying out voluntary termination of pregnancy by medication, the centre must enlist the help of a pharmacist registered on the roll of section E or H of the national order of pharmacists. Medicines are administered by a doctor at the centre under the conditions set out in articles R. 2212-9 to R. 2212-19.
