The persons mentioned in article R. 1335-2 shall make the agreement and the monitoring documents mentioned in articles R. 1335-3 and R. 1335-4 available to the competent control officers, in particular the officers mentioned in articles L. 1421-1 and L. 1435-7.
The persons mentioned in article R. 1335-2 are required to inform their staff of the measures adopted for the elimination of waste from healthcare activities and similar activities and anatomical parts.
