Paragraph 3: The performance of the duties of clerk of the commercial court by the company and the members.

In addition to the information provided for in article 2 of law no. 90-1258 of 31 December 1990, all correspondence and documents issued by the company must indicate its status as a company holding an office of clerk of the commercial court.

Any partner practising within the company who has been convicted of a disciplinary offence having the force of res judicata resulting in a disqualification from practising his profession of at least three months, or of a final criminal conviction resulting in a prison sentence of at least three months, may be required, with the unanimous agreement of the other partners practising within the company, to withdraw from the company.
