The members of the jury are appointed by order of the Minister of Justice, after obtaining the opinion of the Conseil national des administrateurs judiciaires et des mandataires judiciaires in the case of court-appointed administrators. Article R811-14 of the French Commercial code

Article R811-16 of the French Commercial code

An agreement will be signed between the trainee candidate and the supervisor, specifying the duration of the traineeship and the nature of the tasks required of the trainee, as well as the terms and conditions of their remuneration.
