Subsection 7: Functioning of the groups of elected representatives.

In the departmental councils, the operation of the groups of elected representatives may be the subject of deliberations without the decisions relating to the allowance system for elected representatives being modified on this occasion. When the department publishes, in any form whatsoever, a general information bulletin on the achievements and management of the departmental council , space is reserved for the expression of the elected representatives’ groups. The terms of application of this provision are defined by the internal regulations.
