Subsection 1: Registered office and internal regulations.

The regional council has its headquarters at the regional hotel. The location of the regional hotel within the regional territory is determined by the regional council.

The Regional Council shall draw up its own rules of procedure within three months of its renewal. The rules of procedure previously adopted continue to apply until the new rules of procedure are drawn up.
