In the regional councils, the operation of the groups of elected representatives may be the subject of deliberations without the decisions relating to the allowance system for elected representatives being modified on this occasion. When the region distributes, in any form whatsoever, a general information bulletin on the achievements and management of the regional council, a space is reserved for the expression of the groups of elected representatives. The procedures for applying this provision are defined by the internal regulations.
