Subsection 3: Waste

The regional waste prevention and management plan provided for in Article L. 541-13 of the Environment Code is drawn up, at the initiative of the Corsican territorial collectivity, by a commission made up of representatives of the Corsican territorial collectivity, the communes and their groupings responsible for waste collection or treatment, the State departments and bodies concerned, in particular the regional health agency, consular chambers, professional organisations involved in waste…

By way of derogation from the last paragraph of Article L. 541-15 of the Environment Code, the terms and procedures for drawing up, publishing, monitoring, evaluating and revising the regional waste prevention and management plan provided for in Article L. 541-13 of the Environment Code are set by deliberation of the Assembly of Corsica.
