Subsection 2: Meetings.

The Territorial Council meets at the initiative of its President, at least once every three months, at the local authority’s headquarters. In years when the Territorial Council is renewed, the first meeting is held as of right on the second Sunday following the first round of voting.

The Territorial Council is also convened at the request of: a) The Executive Council; b) A quarter of the members of the Territorial Council on a set agenda, for a period that may not exceed two days. The same Territorial Councillor may not submit more than one request for a meeting per quarter; c) The representative of the State. In exceptional circumstances, the Territorial Council may be convened by decree.
