Subsection 2: Meetings.

The Territorial Council meets at the initiative of its President, at least once every three months, at a location in the community chosen by the Executive Council. For years in which the Territorial Council is renewed, the first meeting is held as of right on the second Friday following the first ballot.

The Territorial Council is also convened at the request of: a) The Executive Council; b) One third of the members of the Territorial Council on a set agenda, for a period that may not exceed two days. The same Territorial Councillor may not submit more than one request for a meeting per six-month period; c) The representative of the State.
