Article L. 2141-1 is applicable to the communes of French Polynesia.

Article L. 2141-1 is applicable to the communes of French Polynesia.
I. – The articles L. 2143-1, L. 2143-2 and L. 2143-3 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia, subject to the adaptations provided for in II. II. – For the application of article L. 2143-3: 1° The words: “5,000 inhabitants” are replaced by the words: “10,000 inhabitants”; 2° In the third paragraph, the words: “to the president of the departmental council, to the departmental advisory council for the disabled”…
The articles L. 2144-1 and L. 2144-3 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia.
