Paragraph 2: Reimbursement of travel and subsistence expenses

Members of the departmental council may claim, on presentation of supporting documents, reimbursement of the travel and subsistence expenses they incur when travelling to take part in meetings of the departmental council and meetings of the commissions and bodies of which they are ex officio members.
