Subsection 2: Gas distribution and transport (R).

The fees payable to the départements for the occupation of their public domain by gas transmission and distribution structures, as well as by individual gas pipelines, are set by the département council under the conditions laid down in articles R. 2333-114 and R. 2333-117.

The fees payable each year to a department for the temporary occupation of its public domain by worksites on gas transmission network and public gas distribution network structures, as well as on individual gas pipelines, are set by the departmental council under the conditions laid down in articles R. 2333-114-1 et R. 2333-117.
