Subsection 2: Sections of the Regional Economic and Social Council (R)

The regional economic, social and environmental council may comprise one or two sections. The provisions of article R. 4134-5, the second and third paragraphs of article R. 4134-6, and from article R. 4134-7 shall apply to the persons designated in article R. 4134-18.

State civil servants may only take part in the work of the sections with the agreement of the regional prefect and that of the president of the regional council in the case of matters for which the departments to which they belong have been made available to the territorial authority.
