Subsection 4: Vocational training and apprenticeships

The programme of training and equipment operations of the establishment mentioned in article L. 5315-1 of the Labour Code, other than of national interest, carried out in Corsica, is prepared by the President of the Executive Council after consultation with the association and adopted by the Assembly of Corsica.

The funds previously allocated by the Association nationale pour la formation professionnelle des adultes to these equipment operations in Corsica are included in the general decentralisation grant. .
