The remuneration of the provisional beneficiary is the responsibility of the person under investigation, for an amount fixed by the parties to the contract constituting the security.

The provisions of Articles R. 24 to R. 24-12 are applicable to securities created by a legal entity pursuant to the provisions of 2° of Article 706-45.
