Whenever proceedings in criminal, correctional or police matters are transmitted to any court or tribunal whatsoever, or to the Ministry of Justice, the proceedings and exhibits shall be sent in minutes, unless the Minister of Justice designates exhibits to be sent by copies or extracts.

In all cases where the documents of a proceeding are sent, the court clerk is required to attach an inventory, which he shall draw up free of charge, as prescribed in article 586.

Only rulings, judgments, criminal orders and court orders requested in this form by the parties or the Public Prosecutor’s Office shall be sent in the enforceable form. .

In the drafting of judgments and rulings, pleadings or submissions by either the public prosecutor or the defence counsel for the accused or defendant shall not be inserted, but only their conclusions.
