Article L3423-6 of the French Labour Code

Any employee referred to in Article L. 3211-1 who is not in receipt of statutory or contractual benefits for partial deprivation of employment and who is bound to his employer by a contract of employment involving a working week of at least twenty hours of actual work will receive minimum remuneration.
