The skills operator manages, on a joint basis, the funds mentioned in I of Article L. 6332-1-1 within the following financial sections: 1° Actions to finance work-linked training ; 2° Actions to develop skills for companies with fewer than fifty employees.
The skills operator is subject to the second and third paragraphs of I of article L. 441-10 and I of article L. 441-11 of the French Commercial Code for the deadline for payment of sums due to training bodies.
