In professional branches employing homeworkers, the table of times required to carry out work in series and those that can be described in advance for the various articles and the various categories of workers is established by collective labour agreements or agreements.

In the absence of an agreement or an extended collective labour agreement, the administrative authority will draw up a table of working hours.

The administrative authority may set, either spontaneously or at the request of a professional organisation or any interested party, for part or all of the territory, the times for carrying out certain work in the home.
