Subsection 4: Discharge from hospital.

The hospital administration will provide hospitalised patients with a full list of land-based medical transport companies in the département.

Before discharge, all in-patients receive a questionnaire designed to collect their comments and observations. This completed questionnaire is returned to the administration in a sealed envelope and in anonymous form if the patient so wishes.
