For installations, services and organisations under the authority or under the supervision of the Minister of Defence, a decree of this Minister shall lay down the specific procedures for applying the provisions of this section in order to take account of: 1° The respective prerogatives of the civilian and military authorities ; 2° The military authorities’ own sanitary control and water quality monitoring resources.
