Subsection 1: Tasks and classification

The establishments and services mentioned in Article L. 2324-1 are subject to the provisions of this section, with the exception of health nurseries and the reception centres mentioned in the third paragraph of Article L. 2324-1, as well as collective reception services for children aged over two attending school, before and after school.

I.- Non-permanent childcare establishments and services for young children operate within the framework set out in II of article L. 214-1-1 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles.
