Failure to carry out the compulsory disinfection operations prescribed by article L. 3114-1 is punishable by a 5th class fine.

Failure to carry out the compulsory disinfection operations prescribed by article L. 3114-1 is punishable by a 5th class fine.
For the mandatory disinfection operations prescribed by article L. 3114-1, the use of a non-approved process, product or appliance or the commissioning of an appliance without a certificate of conformity is punishable by a 5th class fine.
Repeated offences under articles R. 3116-9 and R. 3116-10 are punishable in accordance with article 132-11 of the French Criminal Code.
