The powers defined in articles R. 4124-3 to R. 4124-3-4, R. 4124-3-5 and R. 4124-3-6 are exercised by the chairman of the restricted formation of the regional or inter-regional council or of the national council when it has been set up in application of article L. 4124-11.
The provisions of this section apply to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon under the conditions set out in Article R. 4112-6-1.
