Once the replacement is complete, the replacement must cease all related activities and pass on the information required to ensure continuity of care.
Doctors are forbidden to engage in any practices that tend to lower their fees in order to compete. Doctors are free to provide treatment free of charge.
In the interests of patients, doctors must maintain good relations with members of the health professions. They must respect the professional independence of these professionals and the patient’s freedom of choice. With the patient’s agreement, the doctor must exchange information with them that is useful for their intervention.
The doctor shares his knowledge and experience with medical students and interns during their training in a spirit of companionship, consideration and mutual respect.
