The pharmacist in charge must ensure that scientific, medical and pharmaceutical information and advertising are accurate and that they are used fairly. They must ensure that advertising for medicinal products is objective and not misleading.

The pharmacist in charge must check that all arrangements have been made for his replacement in the event of his absence. He must ensure that his replacement meets the required conditions.
