The national council concludes contracts governed by article L. 4312-7 under the conditions set out in section 1 of chapter II of title II of book I.

The date of the elections to the National Council of the Order of Nurses and the voting procedures are set by the National Council. The election of the members of the National Council takes place under the conditions laid down in articles R. 4311-57-1 to R. 4311-64 and in accordance with the procedures set out in the electoral regulations drawn up by the National Council of the Order of Nurses.
