The National Council concludes the contracts governed byarticle L. 4321-19 under the conditions set out in Section 1 of Chapter II of Title II of Book I.

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this sub-section, elections to the Conseil national de l’ordre des masseurs-kinésithérapeutes are held under the conditions provided for in Chapter V of Title II of Book I of Part Four of this Code. Voting takes place by post or, where the National Council has decided to do so in application of article R. 4321-36, by electronic means.

The Conseil national de l’ordre des masseurs-kinésithérapeutes elects from among its members the members who make up the restricted panel called upon to deliberate in the cases provided for in II of article L. 4321-17-1.
