Subsection 3: National Disciplinary Chamber.

In addition to its president, the national disciplinary chamber comprises twelve full members and an equal number of alternates, distributed as follows: 1° Five full members and the same number of alternates representing self-employed masseur-physiotherapists, and one full member and one alternate member representing employed masseur-physiotherapists, elected for three years by the national council from among its former members; 2° Five full members and the same number of alternates representing…

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this sub-section, elections to the national disciplinary chamber of the order of masseur-physiotherapists take place under the conditions provided for in Chapter V of Title II of Book I of Part Four of this Code. The provisions of article R. 4122-6 also apply to elections to the national disciplinary chamber.

Half of the members of the national disciplinary chamber elected in application of 2° of article R. 4321-39 shall be renewed in two parts, one consisting of two members representing private practice masseur-physiotherapists and one member representing salaried masseur-physiotherapists, and the other consisting of three members representing private practice masseur-physiotherapists.
