Subsection 6: Disciplinary chambers of first instance.

In addition to its Chairman, the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance comprises eight full members and eight alternate members, distributed as follows: 1° Three full members and three alternate members representing self-employed masseur-physiotherapists, and one full member and one alternate member representing employed masseur-physiotherapists, elected for three years by the regional or inter-regional council from among its members; 2° Three full members and three deputy members representing self-employed masseur-physiotherapists, and…

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this sub-section, elections to the regional and inter-regional councils of the Order of masseur-physiotherapists take place under the conditions provided for in Chapter V of Title II of Book I of Part Four of this Code. The provisions of article R. 4124-5 also apply to elections to the disciplinary chambers of first instance for masseur-physiotherapists.
