Subsection 5: Miscellaneous provisions

Administrative decisions taken by the Association of Chiropodists pursuant to this Code shall state the reasons on which they are based. Any deliberately inaccurate or incomplete statement made to the regional or inter-regional council by a chiropodist may give rise to disciplinary proceedings.

Any facility granted to anyone engaging in the illegal practice of chiropody is prohibited.
