Subsection 1: Holders of the state diploma.

The psychomotrician State diploma is awarded by the regional prefect to persons who, having completed a course of training, unless exempted, have passed an examination at the end of this course.

The course lasts three years. To be admitted to the first year of the training institutes, candidates must hold a baccalaureate in secondary education or a qualification that is exempt from the baccalaureate requirement for enrolment in faculties and higher education establishments.

The training institutes authorised to provide education leading to the State diploma are responsible for implementing the admission procedures under the supervision of the directors general of the regional health agencies within whose jurisdiction they are located.
