Health education brochures may be given to the public free of charge in the pharmacy, provided that they do not contain any advertising for the pharmacy, apart from the name and address of the pharmacist.

It is forbidden for dispensing pharmacists to grant their customers bonuses or direct or indirect material advantages, to give them objects or products of any kind unless they are of negligible value, and to use customer loyalty schemes for a given dispensary.

A grouping or network formed between pharmacies may not advertise on behalf of the pharmacies that form it. No advertising may be made to the public for a group or network formed between pharmacies.
