If a pharmacist is banned from practising pharmacy in application of article L. 4234-6, the pharmacist provided for in article L. 5125-21 may only be replaced under the conditions set out in a of 1° of article R. 5125-39.

When, for a period exceeding one month, an assistant pharmacist recruited in application of article L. 5125-20 is absent or replaces the full pharmacist, he is replaced under the conditions set out in 1° and 2° of article R. 5125-39.

The post-death manager is the pharmacist who keeps the pharmacy of a deceased pharmacist proprietor open under the conditions set out in article L. 5125-21.
