Subsection 1: Submission and investigation of certain claims.

Applications submitted by public health inspecting pharmacists to the President of the Judicial Court pursuant to the second paragraph of article L. 1421-2 are exempt from the requirement to appear before a lawyer or a public or ministerial officer.

The request for an extension of the consignment order referred to in the second paragraph of article L. 5127-2, presented by the public health inspecting pharmacists, is brought before the president of the judicial court within whose jurisdiction the place where the products have been consigned is located or before the magistrate delegated for this purpose, who is seised without formality.
