Subsection 1: Adoption of the agreement.

The agreements provided for in article L. 6142-5 enabling a public or private body, health establishment or other body to be associated with the care, teaching or research tasks assigned to university hospital centres or dental care, teaching and research centres are drawn up under the conditions defined by the provisions of this section. Agreements are concluded for two years and are renewable by tacit agreement, unless terminated by one of the parties giving four months’ notice.
