Subsection 1: General powers

I.-The hospital medical committee is consulted on matters on which the hospital technical committee is also consulted; these matters are as follows: 1° The draft resolutions mentioned in article L. 6143-1 ; 2° The strategic orientations of the establishment, the provisional statement of revenue and expenditure, the investment programme, the multiannual investment plan and the overall multiannual financing plan; 3° The recovery plan referred to in article L. 6143-3 ;…

The establishment’s medical committee is informed on the following matters: 1° The annual report on the establishment’s activities; 2° Division contracts 3° The annual review of the duty rosters; 4° The nursing, re-education and medico-technical care project; 5° The planning of works, the fitting out of premises or the acquisition of equipment likely to have an impact on the quality and safety of care.
