Subsection 5: Disciplinary guarantees.

The disciplinary sanctions applicable to assistants are : 1° A warning ; 2° a reprimand 3° Suspension for a period not exceeding six months, with total or partial loss of remuneration; 4° dismissal. A member of staff who is the subject of disciplinary proceedings is entitled to be given access to his entire personal file and all related documents; he may be assisted by one or more defenders of his choice. The person concerned shall be informed of his/her right to access his/her file.
