Article R6312-41 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of the unlimited withdrawal of authorisation, pronounced in application of articles L. 6312-3 or L. 6312-5 or of article R. 6312-5, the authorisations for the person concerned to commence service are withdrawn. The same applies when a person carries out medical transport despite the temporary withdrawal of their authorisation.

Article R6312-42 of the French Public Health Code

A person who has a vehicle leased from a leasing company or a leasing or hire-purchase organisation and whose lease is terminated or expires without renewal remains the holder of the initial entry-into-service authorisation until the date of its transfer under the conditions provided for in article R. 6312-37 and, at the latest, until the expiry of a period of three months from such termination or expiry.

Article R6312-43 of the French Public Health Code

The health transport sub-committee is kept regularly informed of decisions to issue transfers and withdraw authorisations to put vehicles into service. A six-monthly report on the use of vehicles authorised exclusively for emergency medical aid operations is sent by the company to the regional health agency for examination by the medical transport sub-committee.
