Subsection 1: Medical committee.

The Health Agency’s Medical Committee comprises : 1° All the heads of the Agency’s medical, pharmaceutical and odontological units ; 2° A midwife appointed for a two-year term by all the midwives working for the Agency.

The Commission elects its Chairman and Vice-Chairman from among the practitioners mentioned in 1° of article D. 6431-18.
